What: A stunning retrospective photography exhibition showcasing the past 40+ years of Canadian music and the JUNO Awards. More than 50 photos from the JUNO Awards’ 40th Anniversary book, Music from Far and Wide, as well as never before seen photos taken by Canada’s foremost rock and roll photographers including Barry Roden, Bruce Cole, Grant Martin, Tom Sandler, Alex Urosevic and photographers from iPhoto Inc.

What: The AGH is proud to host the fifth JUNO Tour of Canadian Art (JTOCA) exhibition. JUNO Award nominees and winners were invited to select a work of art that resonates with them personally or artistically, from works on view in the Art for a Century: 100 for the 100th exhibition of masterworks from the AGH permanent collection. Viewers can see the artists’ responses to their chosen works by using tablets located next to each work. This exhibit was previously hosted at the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Gallery of Canada, the MacKenzie Art Gallery, and the Winnipeg Art Gallery. This year, the Art Gallery of Hamilton will host the fifth instalment of JTOCA for three months in 2015.
Participating artists: High Valley, Ian Thornley (Big Wreck), Jill Barber, Stephen Fearing and Tom Wilson (Blackie and the Rodeo Kings), The Tea Party and Tim Hicks.
